This session is valuable to all ages and genders!
So grab your love and come together to learn how to meet each others needs and invite your parents -
they can discover ways to help support you as you go through this crazy time of life and love!
Some of the key points include:
1. Respect – Respect your partner and yourself. Listen to your own needs, values, and boundaries and make sure that your partner does the same.
2. Consent – Respect that your partner always has the right to decide when and what kind of physical, sexual, or emotional activity they are comfortable with. Consent means having clear communication and the freely given agreement to participate in the activity. Anything less than a ‘yes’ is a ‘no.’
3. Safety – Respect yourself enough to always prioritize your safety and wellbeing. Trust your gut if something doesn’t feel right, and don’t be afraid to speak up or seek help if you need it. No one should feel afraid to say ‘no’ or express concerns about any form of abuse or assault.
